
Three local charities are getting more than $270,000 thanks to the Staal Foundation Open.

The Director for Camp Quality says she's not entirely surprised that the charity tournament managed to raise more than last year.
Ashleigh Quarrell says she knows the community has a lot of compassion.
"How they keep exceeding, I don't know. They do a wonderful job."
The money is also being split with the Regional Health Sciences Foundation, and the Smilezone Foundation.
Organizers say the Staal Foundation Open has raised more than $845,000 over the last four years. (Staff Photos)
